Privacy Policy

Plotaverse (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Plotaverse mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy describes our information practices; accepting the Terms does not by itself provide consent for every use of personal information. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately. This policy covers both the website and the app; the information involved depends on the service and features you use. Website technologies are not necessarily present in the mobile app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
• Account details (name, username, email)
• Profile information (bio, links, preferences)
• Content you upload (videos, photos, comments, captions)
• Communications with our support team
• Payment details (only when purchasing Pro+ or similar features, processed through secure third-party providers)
We do not store your full credit card information.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
When you use Plotaverse, we may automatically collect:
• Device information (model, OS version, unique IDs)
• Log data (IP address, timestamps, crash reports)
• Usage data (features used, content viewed, interactions)
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
This helps us improve performance and personalize your experience.
1.3 Third-Party Platforms
If you choose to link content from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, or others:
• We may receive metadata (public username, caption text, URL)
• We do not collect passwords or direct access tokens
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide, operate, and improve Plotaverse
• Personalize your feed and Collections
• Display user-generated content
• Respond to support requests
• Analyze usage trends
• Detect and prevent harmful behavior
• Send updates, notifications, or service-related messages
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2.1 Email Communications and Your Choices
We may use your account email address for messages needed to operate your account and deliver the service, including account verification, security alerts, billing information, support responses, and important service or terms updates.
We may also send Plotaverse newsletters, creative inspiration, community updates, and offers where you have opted in or another lawful permission applies. Where consent is required, marketing is optional and separate from acceptance of the Terms. Creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accepting revised terms does not by itself override a previous unsubscribe or establish marketing consent where separate consent is required.
You can stop promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting info@plotaverse.com. We will honor requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines, without charging a fee or requiring an account login. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account, security, transaction, or legal notices.
When we use an email delivery provider, it may process contact information and communication preferences on our behalf to deliver permitted messages and honor opt-outs. We do not grant that provider permission to use your contact information for its own independent marketing through this policy. Consent to email is not consent to SMS marketing, cross-company advertising tracking, or sharing data with data brokers.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share limited data with:

Plotaverse is not intended for users under 17.

7. International Users
By using Plotaverse from outside the United States, you consent to transferring your data to the U.S., where it may be processed under U.S. law.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.
Changes will be posted with an updated date. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before materially changing how we use personal information. An update does not retroactively create marketing consent or cancel an unsubscribe.

Community Guidelines
Plotaverse is a sanctuary of expression — a place to collect your inspirations, stories, memories, and creative discoveries.
To keep this universe safe and inspiring for all, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.
1. Be Respectful
Treat others with dignity.
Do not post:
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech
• Threats or targeted abuse
• Personal attacks
• Doxxing or revealing private info
2. Share Responsibly
You may upload:
• Content you created
• Content you have permission to share
• Transformative content that falls under Fair Use
• Credited reposts where allowed
Do not post:
• Stolen content
• High-risk copyrighted material
• Unlicensed music or media
• Content scraped from private accounts
3. Keep the Community Safe
Do not upload, share, request, or promote pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexual services, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or content that encourages violence against people or animals. These restrictions apply to real, edited, animated, and AI-generated material, including synthetic sexual depictions of real people without consent.
Artistic expression is welcome, but describing prohibited material as art, parody, or AI-generated does not exempt it from these rules. We may remove content whose presentation or context violates the community’s safety standards. Child sexual exploitation and endangerment are prohibited without exception.
4. Keep It Legal
Do not use Plotaverse to:
• Promote illegal activities
• Sell weapons, or contraband
• Encourage hate groups or extremist movements
• Share fraudulent or deceptive content
5. No Spam, Manipulation, or Deliberate Disruption
Do not repeatedly derail discussions through targeted abuse, flood feeds or messages, coordinate harassment, misuse reporting tools, impersonate moderators, or evade a restriction by creating or using another account. Good-faith criticism, disagreement, and reporting are not violations merely because they are unwelcome.
Avoid:
• Mass unsolicited messages
• Fake engagement
• Repeated duplicate posts
• Malicious links
6. Respect the Creator Ecosystem
Plotaverse is built on honoring artists.
Please:
• Credit creators when required
• Link original accounts when reposting
• Remove content if a creator requests it
• Report copyright violations promptly
7. Authenticity Matters
Do not impersonate:
• Other users
• Public figures
• Brands
• Plotaverse staff
Parody and satire must be clearly labeled.
8. Reporting and Review
Use the reporting tools available in the Platform or email info@plotaverse.com with the relevant post link or username and a description of the concern. Do not download or email suspected child sexual abuse material; provide its location instead. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
9. Enforcement
These rules apply to posts, profiles, comments, messages, links, and other activity on Plotaverse. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, restrict features, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently terminate access. Serious violations or urgent safety or security risks may lead to immediate action without a prior warning, to the extent permitted by law. A paid subscription does not exempt a member from these rules.
We consider the severity, context, potential harm, and pattern of conduct. Where appropriate and required by law, we provide notice and the reason for our decision. If you believe a decision was mistaken, you can request review at info@plotaverse.com. We may restrict access while a review is pending and may make legally required reports to appropriate authorities. Statutory complaint and appeal rights remain available.
Reposting Guidelines
Plotaverse is a place where inspiration moves freely — but responsibly.
These guidelines explain how to repost content legally and respectfully.
1. You Are Responsible for the Content You Repost
When reposting, always ensure that:
• You own the content
• You have permission
• The creator allows redistribution
• Or the use qualifies under Fair Use
2. Rights and Third-Party Platform Rules
Before reposting from another service, make sure you have the necessary rights or a valid legal exception and comply with that service’s terms. A public post, a download button, attribution, or an edit does not automatically authorize republication on Plotaverse. Permission for an image or video may not include its music, performances, or other protected material.
Fair use is assessed case by case under applicable law. Describing a repost as transformative does not guarantee that it is lawful. Follow all applicable license conditions, including attribution, commercial-use limits, and restrictions on adaptations. When rights are unclear, obtain permission or use an authorized link instead of uploading a copy.
3. Music Licensing
Music is heavily protected.
Do not repost:
• Content with copyrighted music from major labels
• Commercial tracks without rights
• TikTok/Instagram Reels soundtracks that cannot be exported
You may repost:
• Music made by you
• Licensed royalty-free music
• Tracks tagged for open use
4. Credit the Original Creator
When required, please:
• Tag the creator
• Include their handle or link
• Keep watermarks visible
Creators deserve recognition.
5. Honor Creator Requests
If a creator asks you to:
• Remove a repost
• Add credit
• Stop using their content
Please honor their request.
This protects the community and the Platform.
6. Report Copyright Concerns
If you believe someone reposted your content without permission:
• Use the “Report Content” button
• Or submit a request through our DMCA process
We review reports and take action as appropriate under our policies and applicable law.
7. Plotaverse’s Role
Plotaverse:
• Does not pre-screen all content
Our handling of reports and responsibility for user content are subject to applicable law.
• Removes infringing content upon request
• Enforces repeat-infringer policies
Terms of Service
Welcome to Plotaverse, operated by Plotagraph, Inc. (“Plotaverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms include the Community Guidelines and Reposting Guidelines on this page.
By accessing or using Plotaverse, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Plotaverse features, you acknowledge that you:
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to be bound by them
• Are at least 17 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
If you are using Plotaverse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Plotaverse is a multimedia social platform that allows users to:
• Upload original videos, photos, and creative content
• Repost or curate content from other platforms
• Organize posts into personal “Collections”
• View, share, and engage with other users’ content
• Personalize profile pages and creative galleries
The Platform continues to evolve and may introduce new features over time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate community guidelines or applicable laws.
4. User Content
4.1. Ownership of Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (“User Content”).
By posting on Plotaverse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:
• Display, host, store, process, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Platform
• Promote the Platform using your public content
• Allow other users to view, share, and interact with your content
This license ends when you delete your content, except where copies were made by other users or stored as backups.
5. Reposting Content
Plotaverse allows users to repost videos and images from both within and outside the Platform.
By uploading or reposting content, you represent and warrant that:
1.You own the content OR
2.You have obtained the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses from the copyright owner OR
3.The content is used in a manner permitted under applicable law (such as Fair Use)
You acknowledge that:
•Some content from external platforms cannot be legally downloaded or reposted
•You are solely responsible for verifying the rights for any content you upload
•You must credit original creators when required
•You must comply with the terms of any third-party platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
Plotaverse does not provide legal advice and cannot verify rights for you.
6. Creator Controls and AI-Assisted Work
Respect the sharing controls and permissions offered for a post. Available controls may vary by feature and platform. A sharing setting does not override copyright, privacy, third-party license restrictions, or the rights of someone other than the uploader.
AI-assisted work is welcome subject to the same safety and rights rules as other content. You are responsible for your inputs and uploads and for checking the applicable tool provider’s terms. Do not use AI to impersonate a person deceptively, create nonconsensual intimate imagery, or falsely claim another creator’s work. Label synthetic or materially altered media when needed to avoid misleading people about a real person or event. Plotaverse does not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.
7. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Do not use Plotaverse to upload, share, request, or promote:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material, or nonconsensual intimate content, including AI-generated or manipulated versions.
- Harassment, stalking, hate speech, credible threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
- Scams, deceptive impersonation, malware, unlawful activity, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including unlicensed music.
- Spam, coordinated harassment, deliberate flooding or repeated abusive disruption, manipulation of engagement or reports, or attempts to compromise Platform security.
- Attempts to evade an account restriction or termination, including through replacement accounts.
These rules apply to all Platform activity, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, and linked material, whether created manually or with AI. Good-faith disagreement and criticism are permitted. We may remove content or restrict access under Section 11 and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, and design elements belonging to Plotaverse remain the property of Plotagraph, Inc.
You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Copy or resell Platform features or code
9. DMCA Copyright Policy
Plotaverse complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without permission, please submit a takedown request containing:
• Your name and contact information
• A link to the infringing content
• A link to your original work or proof of ownership
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate

10. Third-Party Platforms
Plotaverse may include links to or allow uploads from:
• TikTok
• X (Twitter)
• YouTube
• Other platforms
You agree to follow each platform’s rules when reposting.
Plotaverse is not responsible for content hosted or licensed by third-party services.
11. Content Removal, Suspension, and Termination
We may remove or restrict content, limit features, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently terminate access when we reasonably determine that conduct violates these Terms or Community Guidelines, infringes others’ rights, creates a safety or security risk, or requires action under applicable law.
We consider context, severity, potential harm, and repeated violations. We may act immediately without a prior warning for serious violations, urgent risks, or unlawful conduct, to the extent permitted by law. We are not required to use a fixed sequence of warnings before taking appropriate action. Membership or payment does not exempt anyone from these rules.
Where appropriate and legally required, we provide notice and reasons for restrictions. You may request review by emailing info@plotaverse.com with your username and relevant details. Restrictions may remain in place during review. This process does not limit statutory complaint, appeal, or other legal rights.
You may request account deletion at any time. Account removal, suspension, or deletion is separate from cancellation of a store-billed subscription; see Section 18. Mandatory consumer and refund rights remain unaffected. Do not create or use another account to evade a restriction.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Plotaverse is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Preservation of your content
• That reposting will always be legally permissible
You use the Platform at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Plotaverse, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Loss of data
• Content removal
• Copyright disputes between users
• Damages related to use or inability to use the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plotaverse and its affiliates from any claims arising out of:
• Your content
• Your reposting activities
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any copyright, trademark, or privacy infringement you commit
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and will identify the updated version and its effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice and any additional notice or acceptance required by applicable law. Urgent changes needed for legal or security reasons may take effect sooner where permitted. Changes do not retroactively authorize marketing, override an unsubscribe, or remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where legally valid. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Platform and request account deletion, without losing mandatory legal rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid features, prices, billing periods, any trial conditions, and renewal terms are shown in the applicable purchase flow. Review those details before confirming a purchase. Features and purchase options may differ between platforms.
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless canceled through the provider that bills you. For an Apple-billed subscription, manage cancellation through your Apple account’s subscription settings; for any Google Play-billed subscription, use Google Play subscription settings. For other billing providers, follow the instructions in your receipt or contact info@plotaverse.com.
Deleting the app, deleting a Plotaverse account, or receiving an account suspension does not by itself cancel a store-billed subscription. If access is restricted, promptly manage renewal through your billing provider and contact support about the restriction. Refund requests are handled according to the billing provider’s process and applicable law; these Terms do not remove any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
19. Communications
We may send essential account and service messages as described in the Privacy Policy. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices. Accepting these Terms is not blanket permission for marketing or a waiver of your right to unsubscribe.
